Weigh in. Shop once. Cook lazily.
-
One number each morning. The day’s two meals are planned around it, kcal and protein to the gram.
-
One Albert Heijn list. Whole packs at the regular price, so nothing sits half used.
-
Take out what the meal lists and follow the steps. Every plate has a photo, so you know where you’re going.
The thinking is done before you wake up.
- Less chopping
- One pan, one pot, and pre-cut vegetables where Albert Heijn sells them.
- Cook mode
- One step per screen in large text, with timers that keep running.
- Ask
- Send a photo of the pan. The answer knows the meal and puts food safety first.
- Tomorrow
- Pick foods you’d like, such as salmon or shrimp, and the plan leans that way.
For people who can’t be arsed.
No meal planning. No macro maths. No food diary. No streaks. No ads.
Questions.
Who is it for?
Adults who want to lose fat, keep muscle and spend little time on food. It is not medical advice: if a condition affects what you eat, ask your doctor first.
Does it work outside the Netherlands?
Not yet. Products and prices come from Albert Heijn, so it is Albert Heijn only for now.
I already know my macros.
Choose My own in setup or Settings. Give kcal and protein, and fat or carbs if you like.
Will I eat the same thing every day?
Only if you want to. Keep it simple repeats what works. Mix it up changes plates and spices from day to day.
What about my data?
It is stored to run the service and nothing else. Photos you send go to the image and AI providers to answer you, and are not kept. Read the privacy note.
